Once your purchase is complete, don't forget to personalise your ticket, here's what you need to know:
Starting 22 July, ticket personalisation is free until 30 August for all tickets purchased by that date.
For tickets purchased after 30 August, personalisation is free within 7 days of purchase. Missing the deadline or changing the ticket holder's name will incur a fee: €30 until 31 May 2027, €50 in June and July 2027.
For tickets purchased in installments, the 7-day free personalisation period begins once the final instalment has been paid and the ticket has been issued.

Your ticket(s) will be available in your Account under the Orders section when your final payment is complete.
TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE
Each admission ticket is linked with a person’s name and consequently cannot be transferred to someone else. Please go to "My Orders" in your EC account and fill in the requested info for each ticket.
HAVE YOUR ID READY
We will verify if the identity of the ticket holder corresponds to the identification information provided when personalizing the ticket. Only if there is a match you will be granted access, so once again it is important to communicate correct information.
