How to buy tickets

Tickets for Electric Castle are sold depending on availability, in ticket phases, until the last day of the festival or until sold out.

  1. STEP 1
    Go to the tickets page and choose your ticket. •  General Access Pass
    •  General Access Pass + Insurance
    •  VIP Pass
    •  VIP Pass + Insurance
    •  Ultra VIP Pass
    •  Youth Pass U25
    •  Camping Pass
    •  Black Ticket

    Check if the EC tickets, add-ons and products are available, only after you logged into your account.

  2. STEP 2
    Fill in your details. Pay a lot of attention as this information will appear on your ticket:
    •  Name
    •  Address (same as on ID, or any document that can be presented at swap upon request)

    Each admission ticket is linked with one person´s name and consequently is non-transferable. At the entrance, we verify whether your identity corresponds to the identity on the ticket. Only if there is a match do you get access to the festival. So once again, it is important to communicate correct information.

  3. STEP 3 Click Continue to Checkout, then login or create your account.

  4. STEP 4
    Choose your payment method •  Pay in full
      - or -
    •  Split your order into monthly payments (if available)

  5. STEP 5 Make the payment Enter your bank card details and then keep your confirmation email safe.

  6. STEP 6
    (Optional) Upgrade your ticket In order to upgrade you pass you need to login with our account and you will see the upgrade option in your orders section. Any ticket can be upgraded, for example from General Pass to Premium Pass.

  7. STEP 7
    Receive/download your tickets(s) After purchase, you will receive the order confirmation in your email. Keep that email! In addition, in your account, in the Orders section, you will see the purchased tickets and you will be able to download them in PDF format.

  8. Keep in mind! Every Electric Castle ticket is strictly linked to one person and therefore has a name and address (from a valid ID) printed on it; hence you cannot just give or simply sell your ticket to someone else. Only the person whose name is printed on the ticket gets access to the festival.

    Your ticket details must be submitted in the first 7 days after purchase. Missing the deadline or changing the ticket holder’s name will incur a fee.

    The only possible way to transfer or sell a ticket to someone else is from your account, My Orders section and choosing List to Marketplace.

    Each ticket carries a 8% booking fee that allows us to run the ticketing system. This fee is mandatory and will be added to your cart on purchase.
