Robert Henke

Robert Henke is a composer, artist and software developer. He is mainly known for his contributions to contemporary electronic music, for his laser works, and as co-creator of the music software Ableton Live. The backbone and heart of his creations are machines and algorithms, utilising mathematical rules, controlled random operations and complex feedback systems. Many of his installations change slowly over long periods of time, and are specifically conceived or adapted for unique locations. They often include elements of intentional uncertainty, resulting in not entirely predictable results, and endless variation. Most of them use laser technology combined with sound to create unique audiovisual experiences.

James Clar

James Clar studied Film and Animation at New York University and received his Masters from NYU’s Interactive Telecommunication’s Program. His work explores the conceptual and narrative potential of light and technology. These systems are integrated into our daily lives, altering the way we receive information and communicate. They inform our perception of reality, time, and space. Every system for communication enhances certain types of information while limiting and simplifying others. These modulated effects to our perception have become a thematic focus to his works and a way to experiment with narrative forms.

Claire Hentschker

Claire Hentschker is a digital artist who uses photogrammetry and immersive technology as a way of creating memories of places that no longer exist. Distancing her work from photorealism, Hentschker embraces CGI imperfections to capture and synthesize the memories, realities and pasts of lost places, creating new, bizarre and abstract shapes of these locations. Every artwork becomes a virtual archive of broken polygons that feel almost real but not quite. They are fragments of a broken existence, a disconnected new memory dictated by computer-vision and experimental imaging technologies.
