Refund policy for unused funds

Unused funds from the RFID Wristband can be exchanged for cash through the process called RFID Wristband Money Refund. The process is of two different kinds:

A. Refunding the amount of money at the Top-up Points from the festival ground - the refunded amount equals the amount left in the RFID Wristband account, subject to a 3% commission. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount and applies regardless of the method used to load funds onto the wristband. Even if online topping up transactions are made, the withdrawn amounts will be for all transactions.

During the whole festival period, those who topped up the RFID Wristband, will be able to retrieve the money amount until Monday, July 21, 2025 at 08:00 AM. The maximum amount that can be refunded in cash is 2.000 lei.

B. Those who did not receive a cash refund at one of the Top-Up points will be able to recover the remaining amounts on the RFID bracelet by filling the following form, available between July 21 - August 6 2025.

Each participant is asked to fill in the information correctly and double-check the data on the form. The Organizer cannot be held responsible if the information (e.g. account data) is not valid. The money will be returned via online bank transfer in maximum 30 working days from the form completion deadline. This process may be subject to bank charges independent from Electric Castle.

Any unredeemed amounts, after the deadline for filling the form has passed (August 6, 2025), will become the property of the Organizer.

The refund request period has expired.
