
Refund policy for unused funds
Unused funds remaining on an RFID Wristband can be refunded exclusively via bank transfer, regardless of the method used to top up the wristband (online, cash, or card payments at Top-Up Points).
Participants may request a refund by completing the Refund Form available below between July 16, 2026 - August 2, 2026, 23:59.
Unused funds will only be refunded upon request. Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate information in the Refund Form. The Organizer cannot be held responsible if incorrect or incomplete information (such as bank account details) prevents the refund from being processed.
Refunds will be processed manually via bank transfer no later than August 10, 2026, and may be subject to bank charges independent of the Organizer.
If any information submitted in the Refund Form needs to be corrected, participants may contact the Organizer no later than August 5, 2026.
Refunds cannot be made in cash and are not available at Top-Up Points within the festival grounds. Any unclaimed funds after August 2, 2026, 23:59, as well as any amounts that cannot be transferred due to incorrect or incomplete information that is not corrected by August 5, 2026, will become the property of the Organizer.
